如:菜心,西蘭花,花菜,椰菜花,娃娃菜,菜心苗
可以加入海味,蝦干,蝦米

調料
雞湯
腐乳

紹酒


烹飪方法
1.
雜菜加入糖和鹽汆水煮熟
2.
腐乳用糖和紹酒攪拌
3.
炒鍋加入雞湯,放入雜菜粉絲,腐乳,煮到滾起後可以起

烹飪解說
蝦干蝦米用水浸淋,清洗一下,之後用油炸乾
可以加入魚露提鮮
