烹飪方法
1.
土豆切絲, 用水清洗至土豆中的澱粉去除

2.
下油燒至七成熱, 下花椒粒,辣椒干, 蒜末, 熗香後, 下土豆絲,
炒至七成熟, 下鹽糖
顛翻幾下盛盤
