This dish is inspired by the Cantonese classic *Stir-Fried String Beans with Preserved Olive Vegetable and Minced Pork*. The twist lies in replacing the Chaoshan-style preserved olive vegetable with bold, spicy **Sichuan Mala Sausage**.

**Ingredients**
- String beans
- Minced pork
- Sichuan Mala sausage

**Seasonings**
- Garlic
- Dried red Sichuan peppercorns
- Dried chili peppers (choose heat level):
- Chongqing Shizhu red chili peppers (extra spicy)
- Henan Neihuang "Xinyidai" chili peppers (mild heat)
