Ingredients
Barbecue pork
fresh shrimp
Nissin Demae Itcho Instant Noodles
Silver bud (optional)
Shredded green and red pepper (optional)
Shredded onions (optional)
Chives (optional)
Optional: can be chosen according to personal preference

Cooking methods
1. Cut the barbecued pork into shreds, cut off the head and tail of the silver sprouts, cut the green and red peppers into shreds, cut the onions into shreds, and cut the leek into sections.
2. Fresh shrimps, boiled, peeled and turned into shrimps

烹調方法
1. 叉燒切絲,銀芽切去頭尾,青紅椒切絲,洋蔥切絲,韭黃切段
2. 新鮮蝦,灼熟後剝殼,變成蝦仁
3.水沸騰後下油,方便麵,浸至鬆散,用水沖洗,瀝乾
4.燒熱鍋,下油,雞蛋炒熟,下粉面, 炒到乾,捲身
下洋蔥絲,銀芽,青紅椒絲,叉燒蝦仁
5.加入油咖哩,美極或生抽 調味 炒勻
6.放入韭黃,炒幾下完成
