烹饪方法
1.
姜葱蒜切粒,四季豆切段
2.
十成油温,四季豆炸熟。
锅中留下少量油,煎熟猪肉碎。
洗镬后干煎宜宾碎米芽菜。
四季豆干煸一下,去除油份。
3.
用火烧热油锅,少量油爆香料头,加入四季豆,芽菜,猪肉松炒几下
4.
用生抽盐糖调味最后放入葱花,炒几下完成。

Fresh ground pork
Yibin Suimi preserved mustard stems

Seasonings
Dried red Sichuan peppercorns / Green Sichuan peppercorns
Chongqing Shizhu dried red chili peppers (extra spicy) / Henan Neihuang Xinyidai dried chili peppers (mildly spicy)
Ginger
Garlic
Chopped scallions
Light soy sauce
Salt
Sugar

Cooking Method
1.
Dice ginger, garlic, and scallions. Cut green beans into sections.
2.
Deep-fry green beans in full-heat oil until cooked.
Leave a small amount of oil in the wok to pan-fry the ground pork.
After cleaning the wok, dry-fry Yibin Suimi preserved mustard stems.
Dry-fry the green beans briefly to remove excess oil.
3.
Heat the wok with oil. Stir-fry aromatics in a small amount of oil, then add green beans, preserved mustard stems, and cooked ground pork. Toss briefly.
4.
Season with light soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Add chopped scallions and stir-fry a few more times to finish.
