新鮮蝦

調料
糖醋汁
濕馬鈴薯澱粉

烹飪方法
1.
高油溫炸熟新鮮蝦,撈起備用
2.
放入糖醋汁,濕馬鈴薯澱粉勾獻
3.
掠炒幾下,完成

Ingredients
fresh shrimp

seasoning
Sweet and Sour Sauce
wet potato starch

cooking method
1.
Deep-fry fresh shrimps in high oil, remove and set aside
2.
Add sweet and sour sauce and wet potato starch
3.
Fry a few times and it’s done
