簡介
西炒飯是香港的一種炒飯,以「西式」為名,卻非源於歐美地區,
而是源於香港的茶餐廳,這款炒飯在大牌檔和港式快餐店在午飯和晚飯時間亦有提供,
飯粒通常呈橙紅色,是一種帶有甜酸口味的炒飯
西炒飯在香港部分茶餐廳又名「衰人炒飯」,因為西人與衰人近音而得名


食材

香腸/火腿片/午餐肉
蕃茄

調料
茄汁
自家製糖醋汁


雞蛋

烹飪方法
1.
洗米煲飯,新鮮蝦灼熟剝殼,所有食材切粒,{然後汆水}汆水是打錯, 是香腸煎熟
2.
熱鍋下油,下雞蛋米飯炒幾下,加入其他食材,調料,略抄幾下完成

Introduction
Western fried rice is a kind of fried rice in Hong Kong. It is named after "Western style", but it does not originate from Europe and America.
Originating from Hong Kong’s tea restaurants, this fried rice is also available at Dai Pai Dong and Hong Kong-style fast food restaurants during lunch and dinner time.
Rice grains are usually orange-red in color and are a type of fried rice with a sweet and sour taste.
Western fried rice is also called "Sharen Fried Rice" in some tea restaurants in Hong Kong. It got its name because Westerner and Sharen have similar sounds.


Ingredients
shrimp
Sausage/ham slices/luncheon meat
tomato

seasoning
Tomato juice
Homemade sweet and sour sauce
sugar
Salt
egg

cooking method
1.
Wash the rice and make rice, sear and peel the fresh shrimps, cut all the ingredients into cubes, {then boil them} the water is wrong, the sausages are fried
2.
Heat oil in a pan, add eggs and rice and stir-fry for a few times. Add other ingredients and seasonings, and cook a few times to complete.
